This site is devoted to bonds issued by the Republic of Poland during the years 1918-1939. It contains descriptions of loans issued or guaranteed by the State Treasury within this period.

On this site we publish information regarding the claims of holders of the bonds issued from 1918 to 1939 by the Republic of Poland as well as information regarding the recent precedent decision passed by a Polish court, pursuant to which the Polish Minister of Finance had to pay compensation to the holders of more than a dozen bonds for the unlawful omission to remit them on their maturity.

On this site we do not discuss claims arising from securities other than bonds issued or guaranteed by the State Treasury in the period from 1918 to 1939.

The site also contains the evaluation of the bonds issued from 1918 to 1939 by the Republic of Poland carried out with the use of the compensation technique.

The site also offers an opportunity to purchase or to sell bonds under the commission contract.
